What always drives me nuts about following program and tracking is that I ultimately know what to do, but just don't remember to do what I know to do. It's a hind-sight is 20/20 thing. Here's an example of what I mean. First, check out The 7 Rules of Healthy Fast Food. Every one of those rules are things I do all the time but for some reason today I didn't. With the work crowd today we went to Chili's and I ordered one of the lunch combos. 27 PPV total. By simply getting my half sandwich without sauce and asking that the sandwich be grilled without butter and leaving off the cheese I could have saved 10 PPV easy. Those simple adjustments would have allowed for my awesome steamed broccoli and steamed chicken breast Chinese dinner within my DPT instead of using my WPP. Definitely a budgeting lesson.88|

I love Taco Bell. Always have. Always will.
I would have bet that XXL in the title of a menu item would have automatically prompted a high-level avoidance response. The picture was well, pretty, attractive, inviting, tantalizing, delicious. I order the XXL Grilled Stuffed Burrito - Chicken. I almost dropped the bag when the server handed it to me. It was that heavy. I enjoyed it. I'm just not sure it was worth the 22 PointsPlus values. It could have been worse. Funny how that always makes me feel better. Acknowledging restraint as a badge of honor. Good for me.

I originally wrote this as a post on my weightwatchers.com eTools blog in June. I guess one every 6 months isn't bad. I just wish it hadn't been the day before THANKSGIVING!

This week members attending the Blue Ash, OH Weight Watchers Store were informed that meetings beginning 11/27/2011 would be at the Wingate Hotel. Due to delays with the remodel we will not be moving to the temporary location and all meetings this week 11/27/2011 through 12/03/2011 will be held at the Store location 9693 KENWOOD RD., CINCINNATI , OH 45242.

I have finally gotten the mailing lists fixed and have added a list to send out updates concern our store remodel and is available on the page bar.

P.S. Please tell anyone you may know that attends about this important development.

After losing seventy-six pounds in 1997 with the Weight Watchers program, I became a meeting leader. These are my personal tips, challenges and helps in hopes they will help others choosing to create their own "healthy lifestyle" that includes weight loss as a goal. What I mean by that is that anything contained in this blog is my own opinion and in no way reflects the opinions of Weight Watchers of North America, Inc. and that for the most current and accurate information on Weight Watchers you should attend a meeting or visit http://www.weightwatchers.com.
